1. Service Agreement
By booking our cleaning services, you are entering into a service agreement with Suvarnaraj Group. Our service includes the cleaning tasks specified in your booking confirmation and service package description.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability.
2.2. Payment is required within one day after ordering service and can be made via Phonepe or cash.
2.3. Prices are subject to change, but we will notify clients of any changes before they take effect.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Cancellations must be made at least 4 days before the scheduled service.
3.2. Suvarnaraj Group reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.
4. Service Expectations
4.1. Our cleaners will perform the tasks outlined in the service package you have selected.
4.2. Areas that require special attention should be communicated at the time of booking.
4.3. We strive to provide consistent, high-quality cleaning services, but results may vary based on the condition of the premises before cleaning.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1. Clients are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled time.
5.2. Valuable or fragile items should be secured or removed from cleaning areas.
5.3. Clients should inform us of any special instructions, areas to avoid, or specific cleaning products to use or avoid.
6. Damage and Liability
6.1. Suvarnaraj Group carries insurance to cover potential damages that may occur during service.
6.2. Any claims of damage must be reported within 3 hours of service completion.
6.3. We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
- Damage resulting from improper installation of items
- Damage to items that were not properly secured
- Issues arising from client's failure to disclose relevant information
7. Quality Guarantee
7.1. We offer a 5 star satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within this period, and we will arrange for a follow-up cleaning at no additional cost.
7.2. The follow-up cleaning will address only the issues reported in relation to the original cleaning.
8. Health and Safety
8.1. Our staff adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations.
8.2. Clients must inform us of any health or safety concerns at the premises.
8.3. Our staff reserves the right to refuse service if the working conditions are deemed unsafe or unsanitary.
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
9.1. We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Information collected will be used solely for providing our services and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

10. Service Providers
10.1. All cleaning professionals are employees/independent contractors of Suvarnaraj Group.

11.2. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
11.3. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
